Richard J. Halter Jr. of Louisville passed away 3 years, 3 months and 25 days ago, on Tuesday, December 11th, in his home surrounded by loved ones. Born April 5th, 1961, to the late Richard Sr. and Marlene (Linder) Halter, today would have been Richards 61st birthday. A lifetime mechanic and Mr. Fix It, there was nothing he couldn't fix. He is survived by beloved wife of 20 years Rhonda (Holbrook) Halter; son Richard Halter III, of Canton; sister Darlene (David) Shaffer of Louisville; grandson Pierce; mother-in-law Billie; 2 sisters-in-law Arlene, Jackie; 2 brothers-in-law Arnold, Calvin as well as many nieces, nephews, other family members and friends including best friends Michael and Robbie. Richard loved his family, friends and Harley's. He is still very missed and loved. There is no doubt that he is still joy riding his Harley and waiting for everyone to join him.
