Survived by 3 children: Tina, Andrew, and Katelyn Fazenbaker; husband Brock Fazenbaker; mother and father Laura Nicewarner and Tim Philabaum; grandma Patricia Philabaum; siblings April Philabaum, Jennifer Goodwin, Sarah Philabaum, and Tim Philabaum Jr.; many more family and friends who love her.
