Judy Ann Mowery, 68, of New Philadelphia, passed away Friday, April 14th, at Union Hospital, in Dover. Born in Canton on September 24, 1954, a daughter of the late Arlie "Bud" and Ethel (Arbogast) Mowery, also preceded in death by daughter Lisa Paxson; son Billy Robinson Jr.; uncle Babe and aunt Nettie. Survived by daughter Melissa (Kevin) Yoder, of New Philadelphia; 3 sisters Carol (Dick) DeLong, of Waynesburg, Shelly Mowery, of Canton, Kelly (Kenny) Houck, of Malvern; 8 grandchildren and a great-granddaughter as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends including beloved long time companion Billy Robinson. A celebration of life will be held at noon on Sunday, April 23rd at 7927 Russ St SE, Waynesburg, OH.
