Crystal D. Hose, 40, of Canton, passed away Sunday, March 29th, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Morgantown, West Virginia on January 4, 1980, a daughter of David and the late Janet (Hose) Fairley. Survived by grandparents Betty McFarland, of Grafton, West Virginia, Karen and Delano Brummett, of Grafton, West Virginia; 3 brothers David Fairley, of Lakeland, Florida, Alan Fairley, of Canton and Max Fairley, of Lakeland, Florida. Her cremains were buried next to her mother at Arnold Cemetery in Grafton, West Virginia. Services will be held at a later date. You may add your condolences on our website: www.waltner-simchak.com.
