Robert E. Bryte

Robert Edgar Bryte, 79, of Marietta, passed away Friday, September 7th surrounded by his loving family. Born in Cressup, WV on June 4, 1939, a son of the late Earl and Genevieve (Glendenning) Bryte, also preceded in death by 3 sisters Velma George, Helen Dingman, Shella Ross, and father-in-law William Radford. Employed by the State of Ohio as a wildlife investigator for 30 years and served in the U.S. Air Force. Robert was an avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing, and was also passionate about taxidermy, woodcarving, and gardening. Besides his wife Rebecca (Radford) Bryte, he is survived by 2 daughters Lisa (George) Hutchison, of Bolivar. Cristina (LeRoy) Fry, of Charlestown, IN; sister Orphie Meyer, of Hannibal, OH; granddaughter Kyndal Hutchison; and mother-in-law Louise Radford. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
