Ginger Kay Sprout, 49, of Canton, a loving mother, daughter, and grandmother, passed away Tuesday, February 27th after a courageous fight against the cancer she was diagnosed with in the fall of 2016. Born in Canton on October 7, 1968, a daughter of her loving parents, Anthony and Linda Confalone. She was a very determined person, and she was determined to fight this disease and live. Unfortunately it wore her down and she was just too tired to fight any longer. Besides her parents of North Canton, she leaves behind her husband, Dwight Sprout, to whom she married October 31, 2009; 2 daughters Misty (Anthony) Scott, of Canton, Mikki (Brent) Scott, of Alliance; son Dusty (Jennifer) Scott, of Carollton; half Brother Chuck Freeman; 2 step-sisters Stacy (Paul) Paumier, Tracy (Robert) Confalone; step-brother Tony (Peggy) Confalone; also survived by 6 beautiful grandchildren, Katen, Zoie, Aubrianna, Gage, Riley, and Colten; and many friends she has made throughout her life. Ginger was a very resourceful and a motivated person. She was not afraid to try anything. She loved doing crafts, gardening, and puttering around the house. Whatever she did, she gave it her all. Ginger loved spending time with her kids and grandkids. On warm evenings she liked to sit around her fire pit and relax. She is now flying high with all the angels who have left us; and at the end of our days, we will join them all and be together again. Rest in peace now Ginger. You will always be remembered and loved by everyone who knew you. A Memorial Service will be held at 1PM on Tuesday, March 6th in the Salvation Army of Massillon, 315 6th St. NE Massillon, OH 44646.
