Woodrow A Dalton

Woodrow A Dalton, 66, of Canton, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 11th, at Aultman Hospital. Born in Morgantown, WV on January 30, 1951. Preceded in death by his father Leonard Dalton and 2 brothers Frank and Ray Dalton. Employed as a Meat Cutter at Freshmark Foods of Canton for 17 years before retiring in 1992. Served in the U.S. Army as a Pvt. Woodrow loved and was dedicated to his family, especially his granddaughter and great-grandchildren, he was loved by many, also enjoyed fishing, hunting, reading and writing poetry, Cleveland Browns and the Indians. Survived by his mother Violet (Norris) Dalton, of Canton, wife Shelly (Jenkins) Dalton to whom he married November 27, 1971, 2 daughters Stephanie (Vince) Williams, of Canton, Suzanne Dalton, of the home; 3 sisters Faye Dalton, of Canton, Patricia (Charles) Bennett, of Morgantown, WV, Jean Heard, of Canton; 2 brothers F. Lee "Fonzie" (Linda) Dalton, Roger Dalton, of all of Canton, 1 granddaughter Rayven Hawkins, 2 great-grandchildren Aries and Anastasia, and many nieces and nephews.
