I was an intern with Max in 1999/2000 what an amazing ride! quick wit, production wizard, great mentor, gave me my "radio name" based on " all that hippie sh-- " I played all the time. good times before and after on-air times

I met Max in 1967 when working at WNYN We kept contact through the years was a good friend and a great broadcaster.Will miss talking to you my friend..my prayers are with you....we will see each other again at The Great Radio Station In The Sky...and we will rock together again My condolences to the family

Always enjoyed Max and his laughter that shook the room.He taught a lot of us all what real production was about..I'm happy that I had the opportunity to work with him...I knew that when he walked in the control room,it was going to be fun and a real education...THANK YOU MAX..GOD BLESS..

Always enjoyed listening to Max on Wmji!.....he had his own style and always sounded like he enjoyed himself......then hearing him do commercials in the local area was good also. Prayers are with his family.
